Pictures to accompany PWI article from May 2003

The Flair-Batista pairing just seemed to happen out of nowhere, didn't it? Maybe not. Maybe Flair has had a hidden agenda all along -- one involving Triple-H. If he does, would Batista be willing to go along with it?

This is the main picture that accompanies the article, there wasn't a caption for it.

Kane was the first major WWE star to find out first-hand how powerful, how brutal, and how angry Batista is. Batista has the physical tools to be a major WWE star himself and could get some important guidance from Ric Flair, but Flair just might have another agenda.

Of course Batista will need more than just raw physical power if he expects to be more than just another musclehead. But is he destined to be a guy who instigates wars with the likes of Kane simply to protect Triple-H?

Batista will need to learn patience and to diversify his attack if he's to beat an athlete the caliber of RVD consistently in the future. He'll also need to figure out whom, if anyone, he can truly trust.

It's not like Flair would be above doing something as low as sending Batista into battle with the biggest Raw stars just so he can get the kind of experience he'll need to be able to serve Flair and his friend in the future. History shows he would do that.
